Salt & Lime

Salt & Lime is a Mexican restaurant at 628 Lincoln Ave in Steamboat Springs, part of Rex's Family of Restaurants. The kitchen puts a modern spin on classic Mexican cooking, with an emphasis on tacos, traditional techniques and regional ingredients. Casa margaritas and other tequila cocktails are a draw, and the menu includes a tequila list.

Guests can dine in, order takeout or order online, and there is a happy hour. The Burro Dining Room is a semi-private space that seats up to 65, and the Fish Bowl is a fully private table for 12, so the restaurant can host group events, from cocktail parties to tequila tastings.
