Description
Parts & Labor Brewing Company is a craft brewery at 402 Main Street, Unit B in Sterling, Colorado. It brews its beer in a renovated, century-old Cadillac dealership repair shop, and the space keeps a vintage shop feel. Owners Dylan and Kimberly Harford run the place.
The kitchen serves pub fare such as hot dogs, loaded nachos, bone-in wings, flatbreads and burgers, plus a kids menu and a steak and seafood lineup in the evenings. The brewery hosts pub trivia on Thursday nights and a monthly book club. Reservations are accepted.
