Description
Telluride Sleighs and Wagons offers private ranch dinners on the historic Aldasoro family ranch, a property the family has ranched since the early 1920s. The evening begins with private transportation from a spot of your choosing in the Telluride area, followed by appetizers on the deck and dinner at a sheep camp tent. Thursday and Friday dinners add a horse-drawn wagon ride to the dinner site.
The seasonal menu from Chef Graeme Charles includes a grazing board, a heirloom tomato salad, and mains such as coffee-dusted tenderloin, Rocky Mountain trout almondine and paella. Many dishes are marked gluten-free, and a kids' menu is available. Dinners are BYOB, with wine available to order ahead. Reservations are accepted.
