Jersey Mike's Subs is a sub sandwich shop that began on the Jersey Shore in 1956 and has since grown to more than 4,000 locations open and under development. Subs are made to order with meats and cheeses sliced in front of the customer on bread baked in the store, and the signature "Mike's Way" style adds lettuce, onions, tomatoes, oil, vinegar and spices.
