Snarf's Sandwiches is a family-owned sandwich brand that started in Boulder, Colorado, in 1996 and now has locations in Colorado, Missouri and Texas. The menu centers on oven-toasted sandwiches on white, wheat or gluten-free bread, with meats and cheeses sliced to order, fresh-chopped veggies and a house giardiniera pepper blend. Salads, rotating soups and kid-sized sandwiches round things out.

This location is at 1975 W 120th Ave in Westminster, across the street from the Ranch Country Club, with plenty of parking. The Italian, made with salami, pepperoni, capicola, mortadella and provolone, is described as the best seller, and vegetarian choices include the Artichoke & Feta and Portobello sandwiches.
