Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant is a family-owned Mexican restaurant at 2835 W 72nd Ave in Westminster, Colorado. It opened in September 2004 and takes its name from the birthplace of its founder, Mr. Montes, where he discovered many of the recipes still served today. The restaurant says many of its dishes come from recipes passed down through generations.
Guests can dine in, including on a heated patio, or use the drive-thru. Online ordering is available, and reservations are accepted.
