Description
The Original Chubby's Mexican Food has been serving Mexican food in the Denver area for decades, with a menu built around green chile and smothered fries. The family-run story dates back to Stella Cordova, who bought the former Chubbys Burger Drive-In and turned it into a Mexican eatery. Her grandson Julian took over in 1984. This location is at 3004 W 105th Ave in Westminster.
