Salady is a Korean-inspired salad restaurant at 8815 Eaton St in Westminster, Colorado. The concept began in 2013, when two college students opened a small restaurant in a Seoul back alley and set out to make salad a satisfying main meal. The Westminster location brings that Korean salad concept to Colorado.
The menu is built around greens, grain bowls, soba noodle bowls, wraps and sandwiches. Toppings include bulgogi, galbi, roast pork belly, garlic shrimp, roast tofu and chicken, and each dish comes with a recommended dressing such as gochujang bibim, ssamjang mayo or creamy jalapeño. The website offers online ordering and a full menu.
