Description
Infinitus Pizza Pie, known as iPIE, makes personal pizzas that customers build themselves, choosing from several crusts, sauces and toppings. The dough, sauce and cheese are made in-house, and the vegetables are hand cut and sourced locally when possible. The menu also includes salads, wings, hot bread and dessert pizza, with craft draft beer on tap.
The family-run business started with a pizza trailer in the 1990s and now also runs a food truck for parties and events. This Wheat Ridge location is at 5807 W 38th Ave. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are available, along with delivery, online ordering and catering.
