Li’l Nick’s Pizza

Li'l Nick's Pizza is a family-owned pizzeria at 5016 Kipling St in Wheat Ridge. It says it has served the neighborhood since 1978 and is run by a multi-generational team. The menu centers on build-your-own and specialty pizzas in 10, 16 and 18-inch sizes, including Buffalo Chicken, Tower 56 with meatballs and jalapeño, and the Casper with a garlic olive oil base. A gluten-free cheese pizza is also available.

Beyond pizza, the kitchen turns out classic Italian comfort food such as ravioli, lasagna, chicken parmesan, garlic knots, calzones and sandwiches like The Grounder. The full bar, called The Living Room, pours 14 beers on tap. Dine in, order takeout or delivery online, or ask about catering for events.
