Description
William Oliver's Publick House is a Colorado pub at 514 Main Street in Windsor, one of three locations of the brand. The pub carries more than 400 whiskies from around the world, serves beer made in Colorado, and pours spirits from Colorado-owned distilleries.
The menu is bacon-centric: thick slices of applewood smoked bacon are hand-cut and can be added to nearly any dish or cocktail, and a Pint of Bacon is served with maple syrup. Vegetarian and vegan options include a red-bean chili made from scratch. Free WiFi is available, and leashed dogs are welcome on the patio. The pub says it does not take reservations or phone calls.
