Description
Luna's Tacos and Tequila is a Mexican restaurant at 1246 Automation Dr in Windsor, Colorado. The scratch kitchen makes its salsas, sauces and fresh-squeezed juices in-house and sources ingredients locally when possible. The menu covers tacos, burritos, nachos, quesadillas and green chili dishes, with house-made desserts such as churro donut holes.
The bar leans heavily on agave, with a large selection of tequilas and mezcals, margaritas and craft cocktails, plus Mexican and local craft beer. Breakfast burritos are served daily and a weekend brunch menu is offered. Dine in, or choose takeout, delivery, online ordering or catering, including taco and nacho bars.
