Description
The Ditch on 40 is a family-run, roadside bar and grill on U.S. Highway 40 in downtown Winter Park, across from Cooper Creek Square. The kitchen cooks from scratch and says it uses only chile from Hatch, New Mexico, with red and green chile at the center of the menu.
The menu includes burgers, sandwiches and New Mexican dishes, along with margaritas. The restaurant shows football game day specials on its Facebook page each week and takes takeout orders by phone. It does not take reservations.
