Volario’s

Volario's is an Italian restaurant in downtown Winter Park, set inside the Vasquez Creek Inn. The kitchen makes its pasta fresh daily and its pizza dough ferments for 72 hours. The menu also includes antipasti, salads, a 12-layer lasagna, veal Parmesan and desserts such as tiramisu and cannoli.

The restaurant describes a cozy, boots-welcome setting with mountain views, creek sounds and a stone fireplace, and says its dishes draw on the cooking of northern Italy. Gluten-free pizza crust and pasta are available, along with several vegetarian dishes. Reservations are accepted, and gift cards are offered.
