James Peak Pizza Joint is a locally owned pizza restaurant on US-40 in Winter Park, Colorado, opened in 2023 by a family of longtime Fraser Valley residents. The menu draws on East Coast pizza traditions and centers on handcrafted pies, including Parry's Pesto, the Ski Bum with meatballs and ricotta, the Fraser River Fig with prosciutto and arugula, and a bison-topped pie. Build-your-own pizzas are also offered.
