Description
Coohills is a French-influenced restaurant at 1400 Wewatta Street in Denver's LoDo neighborhood, near Union Station. The dining room, lounge and terrace follow a market-driven approach, and Chef Tom Coohill describes French cooking as a farm-to-table tradition built on technique.
