Evergreen restaurant

Evergreen is a restaurant at 830 N Tejon St, Suite 110, in downtown Colorado Springs. The kitchen draws on the flavors and traditions of Eastern Europe, the Mediterranean, and the Black Sea, using fresh, seasonal ingredients and scratch-made entrées. The bar makes handcrafted cocktails, and Turkish coffee is on the menu.

Pastries are baked each morning and sold first-come, first-served, with brunch and dinner also on offer. The patio welcomes well-behaved dogs, and the restaurant takes private events and larger catered orders by phone.
