JAKs Brewing Company

JAKs Brewing Company is a craft brewery in Elsmere, Colorado, at 7654 Mclaughin Rd. The name comes from its founders, Jeff, Antonio and Ken, and the brand is built around their Air Force heritage, including ties to the 310th Space Wing. The brewery describes itself as family-focused and community-oriented, and its motto promises "Aggressive Beer for Aggressive Beer Drinkers."

The beer list is long and varied, with names like Purity Pilsner, Brown Eyed Girl, Mexican Lager, Raspberry Hefe, Peach Golden Ale and JAKtoberfest. The company also operates taprooms in Falcon and Colorado Springs, and it passes its spent grain to local farmers and ranchers for animal feed. Check the website menu for current pours.
