1. No refunds
PAID SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, including unused time or partial periods, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved in writing. This does not limit legally protected remedies for unauthorized or erroneous charges.
2. Requesting cancellation
You may cancel using available account controls or by contacting policies@8978tech.com. We recommend retaining the cancellation confirmation.
3. Cancellation effective date
Canceling your subscription stops automatic renewal for the next subscription term. Your current paid plan and its features remain active until the end of the current paid subscription term shown in your account or purchase confirmation, unless access is separately suspended for a lawful reason. At the end of that term, your plan automatically downgrades to Free. No charge should be made for a subsequent renewal term after a valid cancellation.
4. Return to Free
At the cancellation effective time, your restaurant listing remains published as a Free listing, and authorized managers retain access to their manager portal. Only then-current Free plan features remain active.
5. Paid features end
Featured or Premium visibility, sponsored placements, additional locations, expanded photos or videos, expanded on-site menus, specials, coupons or deals, reservation or catering tools, promotional benefits, and included AI Reviews access may deactivate according to the canceled plan.
6. Excess content
Media, menus or other items above Free limits may become hidden or archived instead of immediately deleted. User reviews are not automatically deleted because you cancel. Archival and deletion remain subject to applicable retention rules.
7. AI Reviews
Bundled AI Reviews entitlements end with paid-plan access. A separately purchased independent AI Reviews subscription, if any, follows its separate billing agreement.
8. Billing disputes and reactivation
Contact policies@8978tech.com to report an incorrect or unauthorized charge. You may later upgrade under then-current pricing at our pricing page. We do not guarantee traffic, customer leads or revenue.
9. Billing system consistency
The end date of the current paid subscription term is determined by the applicable subscription and checkout terms, not by the final calendar day of the month. The billing system and cancellation confirmation should show the correct access end date and prevent charges for later renewal terms following valid cancellation.
