Description
The Reckless Roadhouse is a saloon and smokehouse at 424 Minter Avenue in De Beque, set in a building that dates to 1906 and once served as the town's livery stables. A custom-built smoker fired with local fruit wood turns out smoked chicken, brisket, pulled pork and loaded BBQ mac and cheese, along with rotating feature items that change often.
The full bar pours craft cocktails and a rotating selection of local draft beers. There is a corner stage for live music and events on weekends and special occasions, plus a dog-friendly patio. Catering and online ordering are available, and the menu changes with daily specials, so call ahead for availability.
