Harwigs

Harwigs is a family-owned fine dining restaurant at 911 Lincoln Ave in downtown Steamboat Springs, in a building that dates to around 1886. The kitchen pairs classic French technique with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, drawing on its own urban garden for greens, herbs and vegetables. The menu includes French onion soup, escargot, oysters, burrata, oxtail, coq au vin and a lamb burger, and there is a themed Thai Night on select Wednesdays.

The restaurant keeps a cellar and a wine list of more than 700 selections, plus a full bar with martinis. Harwigs Reserve offers a fixed-price four-course menu with optional wine pairings, and happy hour runs before dinner. Three private dining rooms, private chef service and event catering are also available. Reservations are recommended.
