Description
Soupçon is a French-inspired fine dining restaurant at 127 Elk Ave A in Crested Butte, Colorado. It sits in a historic miner's cabin built by the Kochevar family, down an alley off 2nd Street, and it seats only 28 guests at a time. The space became a restaurant in 1975 and is now owned and run by Chef John Leonardi, a Culinary Institute of America graduate who took over in 2019.
Dinner is served in two seatings, at 5:30 PM and 7:45 PM. The menu changes frequently with the ingredients the kitchen sources from its farmers and purveyors, and it includes à la carte dishes, 3-course and 6-course tasting menus, and a wine list. The 6-course tasting menu is offered only at the second seating. Reservations are accepted online.
