1. Coverage
AI features may include restaurant discovery, search assistance, content suggestions, review screening, review reply drafting, business analytics, and bundled AI Reviews functionality where available. Not every feature is available in every plan.
2. Accuracy and human review
AI output may be inaccurate, misleading, outdated, biased or incomplete. Restaurant owners must review generated replies, promotions, menus and claims before publishing or relying on them. Visitors must verify material details with restaurants.
3. Food and health
AI recommendations do not constitute medical, food-safety, or dietary advice. Confirm ingredients, allergies and preparation directly with the restaurant.
4. Authenticity
AI must not be used to fabricate reviews, impersonate diners, invent experiences or ratings, generate misleading testimonials, conceal material relationships, or harass reviewers.
5. Marketing and communications
Business users must ensure AI-generated advertisements, promotions, email, SMS and replies are accurate and comply with applicable consent, advertising and communications laws.
6. Media and rights
AI-produced images or video must not falsely portray an actual restaurant, menu item or customer experience. Uploaders are responsible for rights, releases, claims and lawful uses.
7. Data and vendors
AI services may process authorized business data, prompts, reviews and usage information to deliver features, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable provider terms. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.
8. No professional advice
AI content is not legal, financial, medical, regulatory or other professional advice. Human oversight is required for consequential decisions.
9. Safety, moderation and changes
We may restrict unlawful, unsafe or deceptive use and update features or this policy with appropriate notice. Report problems to policies@8978tech.com.
