1. Scope
This policy explains how the site’s consent controls communicate visitor preferences to supported Google services, including Google Analytics and advertising tags when those services are connected.
2. Main signals
ad_storage governs advertising-related storage; analytics_storage governs analytics-related storage; ad_user_data communicates consent for sending user data to Google for advertising purposes; ad_personalization communicates consent for personalized advertising.
3. Consent defaults and updates
Where appropriate or legally required, optional Google consent signals must default to denied before tags collect optional data and update when the visitor changes choices. Actual signals depend on lawful regional configuration and a working consent-management implementation.
4. Basic and advanced modes
Depending on configuration, basic mode restricts Google tag loading before consent, while advanced mode may allow limited cookieless signals while consent is denied. Any approach must be assessed for applicable requirements.
5. Directory measurement
Where lawfully enabled, Google services may help measure directory visits, cuisine and city page engagement, listing interest, menu or ordering clicks, pricing visits, and reservations or catering inquiry interactions.
6. Privacy choices
A California opt-out or other legally required privacy control must operate independently of merely publishing this policy. Your rights and requests are described in our Privacy Policy. Questions: policies@8978tech.com.
7. Technical verification
The consent interface is live and, according to implementation testing, updates Google Consent Mode v2 signals when visitors choose. Global Privacy Control is recognized by the site’s consent controls. Google Analytics is not currently connected through MonsterInsights and advertising tracking is not currently used. Actual third-party integrations must be tested when activated.
8. Google services
Google services and external providers may process information under their applicable terms and privacy notices.
