Stone Cellar Bistro is an American restaurant at 7605 Grandview Ave in Arvada, Colorado. Jordan Alley, who was born and raised in Arvada, opened it in Olde Town in June 2022 after running his food truck, The G Wagon, and working in high-end kitchens around the country.
The restaurant serves lunch and happy hour on Fridays and Saturdays, with a separate dinner menu and a drinks menu. It also hosts seasonal prix fixe dinners for holidays. Reservations are accepted, and online ordering and catering are available.
