Description
The Cabin is a mid-mountain restaurant on Snowmass, set in a historic cabin that has been updated for modern comfort. It serves full-service lunch with a Western-meets-old-world menu that includes petite veal osso bucco, elk stroganoff, charcuterie and seasonal fruit cobbler. It also runs a daily après bar and grill with tacos and craft beverages, plus Thursday DJ sets and a live music stage.
It is reached by skiing in or out near the Coney Express mid station, and non-skiing guests can sometimes ride up on a foot pass. The Cabin also hosts snowcat dinners and takes private events, with outdoor ceremony seating for up to 200 and room for 60 guests inside. Reservations are recommended for lunch, and catering is available.
