Description
Meat & Cheese sits on Restaurant Row at 319 E Hopkins Ave in Aspen. The kitchen cooks what it calls World Farmhouse food: dishes made from scratch with locally sourced ingredients, drawing on traditions from Asia, Europe and the Americas, with a menu that follows the seasons and is built for sharing.
The menu includes meat and cheese boards, rotisserie chicken and steak boards, a smashed-patty burger, banh mi, birria dip, quesabirria tacos and a Vietnamese chicken noodle salad. The restaurant grew out of Avalanche Cheese Company, a Colorado goat dairy, and it still supports small farmers and artisans. Takeout, online ordering and catering are available.
