Clark’s Oyster Bar

Clark's Oyster Bar is a seafood restaurant at 517 E Hyman Ave in downtown Aspen. It opened in 2018 in the former Little Annie's space and is the second Clark's location. The menu centers on freshly shucked oysters, crudo, a lobster roll, daily fish specials, caviar and blini, and bowls of chowder and cioppino, with a Gruyere-topped burger also on offer. The restaurant says its cooking is inspired by the New England coast, with a few California classics.

The dining room has a fireplace, leather booths, wood furniture, skylights and an open kitchen, plus a bar and a marble oyster bar. Reservations are accepted for dinner, and lunch is walk-in only. Takeout and online ordering are available, and a happy hour runs on weekday afternoons. Groups of six or more can ask about private dining.
