Vin 48

Vin 48 is a locally owned restaurant and wine bar at 48 E Beaver Creek Blvd in Avon, serving a seasonal menu of small and large plates meant for sharing. The kitchen, led by Executive Chef Ryan Champion, cooks with wood-fired steaks and seafood, poultry, and vegetables, with some ingredients coming from a garden outside the front door. The restaurant has been open since 2007 and serves dinner nightly.

The full bar pours more than 40 wines by the glass through an enomatic system, along with cocktails, beer, whiskey and other spirits. The dining room and Wine Bar suit casual dinners or special evenings, and a patio opens up in warmer months. Reservations are accepted and online ordering is available. Groups can book the Wine Bar or the Wine Room for private events.
