Tiny Pine Bistro

Tiny Pine Bistro is a chef-run, farm-to-table restaurant at 968 Main St in Carbondale, Colorado. Owners Leslie and Charles opened it in February 2022, with Charles in the kitchen and Leslie running the restaurant. The kitchen cooks with local and seasonal produce and proteins when possible and makes each dish to order. Dinner is served Wednesday through Sunday, with a three-course summer farm dinner on Tuesdays. The kids' menu includes house made pasta, hand breaded chicken tenders and grass-fed beef burgers.

Burgers and fries are available to go, ordered online or by phone. Out back, the seasonal Tiny Tiki Bar offers tiki drinks, a casual food menu and live music on weekend evenings. Dogs are welcome on the side deck and front porch when outdoor areas are open. The bistro takes reservations through Resy, welcomes walk-ins, and hosts private events for up to 28 people indoors.
