Pegasus Restaurant

Pegasus Restaurant at 313 Jerry St in Castle Rock serves an eclectic breakfast and lunch menu that mixes American staples, Greek classics and Mexican-inspired dishes. The Torres Brothers have been cooking family favorites here since 1984, and brunch is also on the menu.
