Udom Thai

Udom Thai is a neighborhood Thai restaurant at 7412 S University Blvd in Centennial. It opened in July 2015 and is run by a family that says it cooks from traditional Thai recipes, with each dish made fresh to order. The menu covers appetizers, soups, papaya and larb salads, fried rice, noodles, stir-fries, curries, desserts, beer and wine, plus a weekday lunch menu.

Signature dishes include Khao Soi, Kra Pow Moo Krob Kai Dao (crispy pork belly with Thai basil and a fried egg), and Mango Sticky Rice. The kitchen also makes its own Thai ice cream, which can be added to a meal or enjoyed as a stop just for dessert. Spice levels run from mild to Thai hot, and the restaurant warns that its medium is quite spicy. Dine-in, delivery, online ordering and catering are available, along with lunch box sets, and a dine-in happy hour runs on weekday afternoons.
