Description
Jack Quinn's Irish Pub & Restaurant has served downtown Colorado Springs from 21 S Tejon St since 1998. The pub sits in a building dating to 1875, remodeled with imported Irish woodwork, stained glass and decor. The menu pairs traditional Irish fare with American fusion, including fish and chips, shepherd's pie, Celtic Reuben, smash burgers and a Colorado-style pork green chili. Guinness beer cheese soup, poutine and Irish nachos are among the starters.
The full bar pours Irish whiskeys, local Colorado beers and specialty cocktails, with a daily happy hour and live music. Guests can dine in, take out, order delivery or order online, and reservations are accepted. The historic space also hosts private events for 30 to 150 guests, with catering available.
