Po’ Brothers

Po' Brothers serves Cajun and Creole cooking at 2101 E Platte Ave in Colorado Springs. The menu centers on po' boys served on toasted French bread, with fillings such as gator, crawfish, shrimp, catfish and andouille sausage. Gumbo, jambalaya, etouffee, fried baskets and sides like red beans and rice and dirty rice round things out.

Founder Chef Tom trained at the Culinary Institute of America and cooked in the Army, and the kitchen draws on West African, French, Spanish and Caribbean influences alongside New Orleans tradition. The restaurant offers takeout, delivery, online ordering and outdoor seating. It also caters weddings, backyard cookouts and other events, including whole pig or lamb roasts and equipment rental.
