Susanna's Comfort Cuisine Bistro and Bar is a restaurant and bar at 124 N Nevada Ave in downtown Colorado Springs. Chef Susanna and her husband Ben took over the space in 2022, and the kitchen focuses on from-scratch comfort cooking alongside cocktails. Sunday brunch includes waffles, French toast, omelets and breakfast potatoes, while a coconut stir fry is among the gluten-free-friendly dishes.
The team also runs a food trailer with its own menu of burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs and loaded fries. Catering and private parties are available, either at the restaurant or with the trailer at your location. Online ordering for pickup or delivery and reservations are offered.
