Sunflower

Sunflower is a restaurant at 214 Elk Avenue in downtown Crested Butte. The kitchen makes everything from scratch and builds a seasonal supper menu around ingredients from local farms, with fresh fish and international influences. Past dishes have included house-made burrata, roasted carrots, seared halibut, grilled tenderloin and desserts such as butterscotch pots de crème. The wine list pairs Old World and New World bottles with a short beer selection.

Reservations are taken by phone or text rather than through the website, and the restaurant also hosts private dinners for larger parties and private brunches. The menu changes often, so contact the restaurant for the current offerings.
