Sage’s Hearth

Sage's Hearth is a farm-to-table restaurant at 242 Baca Townhouse in Crestone, Colorado, set beneath the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and near Great Sand Dunes National Park. The restaurant is owned and operated by Mary Gaetjens and Paul Winans. Its menu changes with the seasons and draws on ingredients from San Luis Valley farms and other trusted producers, with Colorado bison, fresh seafood, house-made desserts, craft cocktails, and local beer and wine mentioned on its site.

The dining room has a fireplace, and a patio offers mountain views. Sage's Hearth also hosts live music, community gatherings, and private events such as weddings, receptions, and retreats. Reservations are recommended, and takeout and catering are available.
