Description
Acova is an American restaurant at 3651 Navajo Street in Denver's LoHi neighborhood. It takes its name from the Italian word for "nest" and nods to Patsy's, the Italian restaurant that once occupied the address, as well as to its South Broadway sibling, The Hornet.
The menu spans lunch, dinner and a Saturday and Sunday brunch, with dishes like chilaquiles, a prime rib hash, sourdough French toast and an Italian benedict. Separate drinks, kids and allergen menus are available, along with a gluten-free biscuit. Acova offers online ordering, catering and reservations, and hosts semi-private and full-restaurant private events with a dining room, bar and patio.
