Description
Beast + Bottle is an American restaurant at 719 E 17th Ave in Denver, run by siblings Paul and Aileen Reilly. Its food and drink menus follow the seasons and draw on ingredients from local farms and purveyors, with a kitchen that makes creative use of whole animals. The restaurant opened in 2013 and has a wine program that earned Wine Spectator recognition in 2014.
Dinner is the focus, along with cocktails and a bottle-by-the-bottle wine list. Reservations are accepted, and the restaurant sets aside tables each day for walk-in guests. Free parking is available. The owners have since opened other restaurants, Apple Blossom and Coperta.
