Description
FIRE Restaurant & Lounge is the restaurant inside the ART, a hotel at 1201 Broadway in Denver, about a five-minute walk from the Denver Art Museum. The kitchen turns out a contemporary American menu built around market-fresh ingredients with a farm-to-table approach, and the dining room and lounge are filled with sculptures and installations, including pieces by Larry Bell.
The restaurant serves breakfast on weekdays, brunch on weekends, plus lunch and dinner, with a happy hour on weekday afternoons. FIRE Terrace is a year-round rooftop bar with fire features, couches and live entertainment. Reservations are accepted, catering is available, and room service is offered to hotel guests.
