Pasque

Pasque is a restaurant on the ground floor of the Populus hotel in Denver's Civic Center area, at 240 14th St. The kitchen, led by executive chef Ian Wortham, cooks a seasonally driven, farm-to-table style of Contemporary American food, and the dining style is casual elegant.

The menu runs from breakfast to dinner, with items like peaches and cream pancakes, a croque madame and a smothered breakfast burrito on the morning side. A full bar pours cocktails, wine and coffee, and vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are available. Reservations are accepted, catering and private events can be arranged through the hotel's sales team, and valet parking is offered.
