Satchel’s on 6th

Satchel's on 6th is a locally owned New American restaurant at 1710 E 6th Ave in Denver's Cherry Creek neighborhood. It began in Park Hill in 2005 as a cheese and coffee shop, moved to Cherry Creek in 2011, and grew into a full kitchen run by Andrew Casalini and his family. The restaurant is named after his youngest son, Satchel.

The menu is seasonal and made from scratch, with Colorado producers and foraged ingredients like morels, fiddlehead ferns and squash blossoms shaping what is served. Stocks, sauces and pastas are made in-house. The dessert menu includes tiramisu, beignets and huckleberry shortcake, alongside espresso drinks and after-dinner sips. Reservations are accepted.
