Saverina

Saverina is a modern American restaurant at 6985 E Chenango Ave in Denver's Belleview Station, part of the Kimpton Claret Hotel. The kitchen takes an Italian-inspired approach built on seasonal, local and sustainable ingredients, including handcrafted pastas, locally sourced proteins and fresh vegetables, with wines from Italy and California. The kitchen is partially open, so guests can watch the team at work.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily, with weekend brunch, and the restaurant also has separate happy hour, kids and beverage menus. Chef David Gross leads the kitchen. A private dining room seats 25 or hosts up to 30 for a reception, and full restaurant buyouts are available for larger gatherings.
