Tamayo is a modern Mexican restaurant at 1400 Larimer Street in Denver's Larimer Square, where Chef Richard Sandoval opened it in 2001. The kitchen blends flavors from his native Mexico with global ingredients, reimagining traditional dishes with a contemporary approach.
