Fin N’ Tonic

Fin N' Tonic is a seafood restaurant and raw bar at 2461 Larimer St in Denver, founded by Sophia Vidal, a former Director of Operations at TAG Restaurant Group. The menu centers on oysters, caviar and small plates such as Oysters Rockefeller, Tuna Crudo, crab cakes, Watermelon Scallop Ceviche, and Snow Crab Legs & Claws, with a seafood tower for sharing. Behind the bar, cocktails, wine and zero-proof drinks round things out.

The room has wood tables, velvet seating and a blue-lit bar, and the restaurant describes its approach as relaxed rather than formal. Outdoor seating, happy hour, takeout, catering and reservations are available, and private parties of up to 40 guests can be arranged.
