Description
The Roost Restaurant & Bar is a casual American restaurant at 128 E College Dr in downtown Durango. It opened in June 2018 and comes from Chris and Michele Redding, who also own Cuckoo's Chicken House & Waterin' Hole and the Animas City Theatre. The menu spans appetizers, salads, sandwiches and entrees, with wings and fingers among the newer additions. Wine, craft beer and signature cocktails are available, and dessert includes a cookie dough brownie served a la mode.
The restaurant welcomes dine-in and takeout guests, and online ordering and reservations are offered. The dining room is decorated with posters from past Animas City Theatre shows and silhouettes of famous musicians.
