Vista at Arrowhead

Vista at Arrowhead is a Colorado-cuisine restaurant at 676 Sawatch Dr in Edwards, set inside the Country Club of the Rockies clubhouse and open to the public beyond a gated entrance. The menu changes with the seasons and features regional dishes such as Rocky Mountain ruby red trout, Colorado lamb and beef entrées, plus seafood, pasta and braised meats like short ribs.

The restaurant says all of its proteins can be served with a choice of sides for gluten-free diners, and it keeps a dedicated children's menu and a seasonal vegetarian dish. In summer, guests can dine on a flower-filled terrace overlooking the golf course; in winter, the dining room centers on a stone fireplace.
