The Post Chicken and Beer

The Post Chicken and Beer is the Estes Park location of The Post Colorado, a brewery and restaurant built around fried chicken and house-brewed beer. This location sits at 333 E Wonderview Ave on the grounds of the historic Stanley Hotel, in a building that dates to 1909 and began as the hotel's carriage house.

The kitchen serves fried chicken (the half bird and tenders are described as gluten free) alongside wings, burgers, fish and chips, salmon, and vegetarian bowls. Rotating beers include Cowboy Pilsner, Top Rope Mexican-Style Lager and Townie IPA. Weekend brunch, dine-in, takeout, online ordering, catering and reservations are all available. Guests should note that a parking fee applies on entry to the Stanley Hotel grounds, and the restaurant takes part of it off the bill.
