Description
Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar is a seafood restaurant with locations in Boulder, Denver and Fort Collins. It opened its first location in Boulder in 1994 and describes its kitchen as focused on sustainably sourced fish and oysters. The restaurant says it was the first in Colorado certified by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch, and it takes part in the James Beard Foundation's Smart Catch program.
The Fort Collins location is at 123 N College Ave, and the Fort Collins restaurant opened in 2011. Happy hour and reservations are available. Call ahead or check the website for the menu.
