Vinny’s Euro American Cuisine

Vinny's Euro American Cuisine is a dinner restaurant at 409 Main Street, Suite 201, in Frisco, on the second floor of the Frisco Centre above Next Page Bookstore. Chef Vincent Monarca, a Sicilian-American cook with a culinary degree from Johnson and Wales, runs the kitchen with his family. The restaurant says it works with locally sourced, organic and natural ingredients.

The dinner menu is built around starters such as Oaxacan grilled shrimp, mushroom strudel and bacon-wrapped dates, along with salads, entrees like duck leg confit, lamb shank and chicken cutlet parmesan, and pastas including bolognese ragu and bucatini with clams. A winter menu also features pizza. Guests can sit in the dining room or the pub. Reservations are accepted and highly recommended, and the restaurant also hosts private parties and offers some off-site catering.
